How to change the result of a string

Hi

I'm trying to find out if its at all possible to change the colour for the result of a string.

I've created a form that contains many yes/no items. Once all of the items have been selected and the agents click next, all the corresponding information is emailed to the relevant department with the description of the item with a simple "Yes" and "No" at the side of the option selected.

Can I set the "Yes" string to show in red and the "No" string to display in green. I've been advised that it's best to complete this task in HTML but my knowledge of HTML is very limited so I was interested to see if anyone had any little tricks that could work. Writing the code for the email process pushed me to my knowledge of vb so trying to incorporate html into the script will probably blow my mind, even though i am hungry to learn

Any help on this would be greatly appreciated... Thanks in advance for your time

Cheers

Have you tried conditional formatting?

i wasn't aware conditional formatting was something that could be controlled within a vb coded environment, if i can find the option i'll give it a whirl.only forseeable issue would be anything being exported through an email string with the value "Yes" would result in what parameters i set the conditional format, which ideally i'd like to avoid

Well, VBA doesn't really have anything to do with conditional formatting per se. It's part of the form designer and you can set it without having to code anything.
