Output 6 Reports from 6 tables to PDF

Hi there,

Im creating a database for a server that has four nodes. We require to output all reports to a folder so we can send them to our customer prior to shipping the server out the door.

I've tried so many codes, but these dont seem to work as i have 6 different tables as four table has 150 field names.

I need all files when outputing to save to the location E:/Company/Customer/ Then we can create a new folder for the customer relevent build. These also need to save as PDF's.

All tables have the same field "Customer P/O" and are linked via relationships to allow use to run queries with multiple table information.

Table: Chassis Report: Chassis Report: Node QA
Table: Node 1 Main Report: Node 1
Table: Node 2 Main Report: Node 2
Table: Node 3 Main Report: Node 3
Table: Node 4 Main Report: Node 4

I no i will most likely have to enter the "Customer P/O" number six times, but this will save me so much time with the standard output to macro. If we could get around entering the "Customer P/O" number six times that would be even better.

Thanks In Advance

You only have to enter the customer number once if you use a form for the entry and then the query can reference the form control to filter its results.
