How to enter data into one table and have it appear in another

Hi, I am pretty lost. I have taken two Access classes and I really still have zero understanding of relationships, object dependency, etc.

MY CURRENT DATABASE: I have a table named TEAMS. I have contact information for 5 people for each team (I know these are way toooo many fields - I have it broken up into 5 different sub tables that I am starting to use.)

I have another table named TEAMS/HOMEOWNERS. The fields in this table - some are from the table TEAMS and some are from another database (HOMEOWNERS)

GOAL: I need to repeat/merge data into this table from the TEAMS table and table named 2014 HOMEOWNERS from another database named HOMEOWNERS.

I want to eventually match team information with homeowner information.

We are an organization that uses teams of volunteers to repair homes of individual homeowners.

QUESTION: Would creating a relationship achieve this?

PLEASE help! THANK YOU

No.... you don't want to do this as it will break the normalization rules.
First take a look at: Access Tutorial

Then read thru: 172.Database Normalization and Table Structures

Once you've done that come back and we'll help you get back on track!
