Merging Databases into Identical Access Files

My employees send me monthly statistics from different sites using the same Access file and i need to merg these data base all together on monthly basis
please let me know how to do it if possible
i tried transferring it to excell to merge it there but failed

You may have one master data base and import the tables from the different sites database into the master -using different names. Having the data in a table inside your master DB, you can insert the rows of the imported tables into your original tables.

That's a messy situation to be in. When I needed to do something similar I prepared a BE database that my FE connected to, then I sent this (empty) database out to the remote sites for them to fill in. When they sent it back with the data I put it back in place so that my FE could see it again and transferred the data into my main BE.
