Backup and Restore Access 2003 Based Application

Hi,

Is there any Add on or Code that I can add to my Access 2003 based Application with Switchboard. I want the user to be able to backup and restore the application at will. Should that backup name exist, replace it. Only one backup is required at any folder.

Chose a backup Directory:......

This is not a code writing service. However, if you post your code attempt, we can help guide you.

Is your database split?

Do you want to backup both frontend (client) and backend (Data/server)?

I have reset the "Best answer" since what I provided does not constitute an answer to the original question. The Best answer is meant for people facing similar issues to be able to read the "solution" as fast as possible. Placing my reply as a "best answer" would be misleading.

You don't need any special add-on, as the CMD line copy facility will work with an open database. For more specific help you will need to complete the question properly, as the other moderators have already pointed out.
