two subforms with continious forms on them use tab to move 1 to 2

1
I have a main form with two seperate subforms on it. Both are linked to the main form. Both subforms have continuious forms on them. I have a col that is set as a tab stop and using the tab key i move down the records to the eof and thats were I stay. I want to tab key to the next subform and continue the process. At the end of the second subform I want to exit the form. I am still a novice working with access but a quick learner.

Thanks Bob

Access doesn't handle that for you Bob I'm afraid. It's probably possible, but not without rewriting the handling of the Tab key yourself, which is messy and not to be recommended.

For information, pressing CTRL Tab will move you from the subform to the next control in the parent form. (Which you can define the tab order, so that it is the next subform)

And very interesting information it is too Smiley.

Bob, I'd try that out. It may well give you what you need in spite of what I put in my earlier post.
