How to delete .mdb feles from Access 2003 Permanently

Dear All,

I am using Access 2003 database. Here, i am getting the issue is that the files which are correpted are not yet deleted permanently.Again i can create new data files and i tried to delete already existed files which are not open but showing with file names like Database.mdb

Please hepl on this.

Are trying to delete the files either by VBA or Access?
If not then this may be an Operating System issue in that you may not have full rights to the folder etc...
