Manage Attachments in access 2007

how can i open file stored in table using a button in form design?

In Form design mode, just drag and drop the field name with the attachments on to your form. Resize as desired. Then, in form view, all you have to do is double click that new control, and you will have access to all your attachments.

Please let me know if this works.

You have not really made it clear as to what you are trying to make happen here...

Do you have a file path stored in a table field?
Do you actually have an attachment field and you've stored a file within it?
Just what are you asking, do you need some code for a control on your form?
Additionally, what have you already tried to solve your problem? Note that I don't normally provide a finished code/database until I see that there has been some work attempted by the individual asking for help... too many students wanting their homework done.
