VBA code for button to make a chkField not selected

P: 33
Hello,

I currently have a button on a form that sends an email and I was wondering if I could add a second function to the button to un-check a checkbox on the same form.

The issue is that the check box needs to not be selected in order for record in the table to draw into another form to compare old and new changes.

--That may sound a little confusing but ultimately if its possible to add a second set of VBA code to the button, I am looking to have it uncheck a check box in the same form named "chkRevised".

Thank you for the help!!

Just add the following code to the button's On_Click event (before or after the function that sends the email, it doesn't matter):

Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. Me.chkRevised = False
That will uncheck the checkbox in the same click.
