Import Data From Multiple Excel Workbooks to One Master Workbook

P: 8
I have a time card form set up in excel and each employee will have their own excel workbook for their time card. At the end of the day I need to import the data from each time card into the master workbook. I would like it to output the data in rows and columns in a different format that the time card entry. Attached is the time card form to get a better understanding.I have cleared out all the data in the lists below the form. When finished I will hide those lists and protect the sheet so they can't be modified by the users.

What you upload is the master time card or the employee's one ?
In order to help you, you must upload both time cards. Of course, the employee's time card must contain some data to experiment with.
Cheers.

There is no "master time card" the master workbook is just a summary or a report of all the time cards. The purpose of the question is how to create a master workbook that will just directly import all of that data in an organized fashion. So there is currently not a master workbook created otherwise i wouldn't have asked the question. The reason there is no data in the drop down boxes is for that fact that I'm not going to put employee names in a post and the data can easily be typed into the lists. I know you can just link the cells but then if I clear the time card it would clear the cells in the master workbook.
