Print large pivot table query

18
Someone created a pivot table query & placed it on a subreport. It' very large - around 35 columns & depending on selections could be 100 rows. We can view it nicely in Report View, but when we preview it, it only shows 1 page of data, it does not continue the information to the next page. How do I get this the print/preview the entire pivot table?

TIA

I think you can't.
But the columns can be rearranged in order to fit your sheet width.

I have attached a pic from one of my reports.
This report contain a lot of fields, rearranged as stacks.
It is, of course, in my language but I think tat is not a problem in order to understand the idea.
Maybe that will give you an idea.

Good luck !

Thank you Mihail for your response & copy of your report. You confirmed what I thought, that it wasn't going to be possible to print a multi-page pivot table report. Unfortunately we have already stacked all the possible columns, but still end up with 35.

Thanks again!
