How do I Set the Database Background

I don't know how to set a picture, like a background, to my database, and I need it for tomorrow so a little help please :)

What type of background are you asking about? If you're asking about a background to the whole database then I don't believe there is such a facility within Access - although it is possible to open a form to fill the window and leave that running, but idle, in the background.

Otherwise, you need to add some detail to your question. For someone who claims to be in a hurry you certainly wasted a whole bunch of time by posting such a poorly defined question.
