Status of keyboard lights

While browsing for VBA functions to determine the status of the keyboard lights, I found this answer:

Caps Lock Num Lock Scroll lock status

However, it doesn't work for me. I'm using Excel 2003 on Windows XP. Does anyone have a workaround?

Just saying it doesn't work is very little information to work with. I just tried it on a similar setup and it worked fine, so I suggest you tell us exactly what you tried and also what happened, then we'll try to tell you where you went wrong.
