Running Access on a Mac with Parallel Desktop 7 for Mac

I always have a problem explaining my problem but here goes. I have a client that is running my program on a Mac running OS X and Parallel Desktop 7 for Mac. The program runs fine until she tries to print reports. Every report she tries to run she gets the error "The Open Report action was cancelled" I'm not a Mac person and thought I would try here first to see if anybody has run into this problem and maybe has an answer.
Thanks for any help.

Nothing comes to mind I'm afraid. I can only say that the error reported is not a friendly one and leaves few, if any, clues as to the actual problem. Be prepared for it to be entirely spurious.

We did find out what the problem was. It seems that the Apple side of the software had a wireless printer attached but the parallel side didn't or didn't recognize the printer. When she plugged in a printer everything worked. Thanks for your response.

You're welcome. Printers are often a real headache when using Access databases across different machines. Even on Windows-only networks.
