Hi

This is not too difficult to do this in access with automation, provided that the sheet/range where the data ais in the spreadsheet is defined and consistand. But I have a question or two first.

1) Please expand on 'I have 100s or records to add like this'. ie. hundres of files/sheets/columns ??

2) I assume empid is a long integer and not autonumber.

3) Where is the related data (I assume there is some ie, employee name or whatever)?.
