Custom ribbons - ms acces

DB has login form with Admin and ordinary User.
I need VBA code to make opening with different interfaces:
- when User enters DB interface should be defined by XML schema from USysRibbons table, but
- when Admin enters whole interface should be fully functional and XML schema disabled
I use Access 2010

I've never played with different users, but see if this website helps.Access 2010 Ribbon XML / Controls You will probably just have to figure out an IF/Then test to see who is opening the database and then select which piece of code you want. There is also a good book on it: Microsoft Access 2010 Inside Out. I've only changed one ribbon bar, so I can scarcely call myself and XML expert, but these are the sources that got me what I needed.
