Access form autofill

I have two tables:
Enquiry - Enquiry number ; Company ; Product
Order – Customer Name; Enquiry Number ; Company; Product

I wish to create a form for the ‘order table’, which automatically fills ‘company’ and ‘product’ if the ‘enquiry number’ matches the ‘enquiry number’ from ‘enquiry table’. It doesn’t have to be bound, as in I should be able to fill an order without a matching enquiry also.
Can anyone please instruct me in layman’s language what should I be doing?

Thank You.

What you need to do is to avoid duplicating data at all in the way you propose. Instead, simply access the data via the link whenever required. See more on this concept at Database Normalisation and Table Structures.
