want to write multiple choice questions in Ms-Access

respected sir,
my question is i wanted to write multiple choice questions in Ms-Access and when clicked on answer it should be highlighted(only correct answer)not the remaining answers! Basically am a teacher wanted to conduct a quiz using this kind of technology so please give me the guidelines to do it within 2days

Your first step, as for all databases, is to consider what data structure you need to support your requirements. Notice I point out clearly that this is your first step. This isn't something you get someone else to do for you. Database Normalisation and Table structures may help you with your considerations.

When you have something actually done then you can consider coming back here with a proper question about details you need help with and we will be happy to help you along.
