Link an excel cell to an access field by click

Please if someone has the ability to answer me i would extremely grateful! how can i link (as hyperlink) a unique excel cell to an access field in order the value in access to be updated when the cell in excel changes?

Short answer is you don't need to use hyperlinks at all. Access can link directly to the Excel worksheet as an external table. Changes made to the worksheet are reflected automatically when Access opens or refers to the table.
