Button for Selecting an Image from a Folder

How can I create a command button too select an image from a folder and store the image path in a table field?

On your form you would include a control bound to the field in the table you require to be updated. That control (TextBox probably) would be updated by a FileDialog object (See Select a File or Folder using the FileDialog Object).
