I'm not sure how much help this will be to you, but what you ask for would require designing a table structure with a one-to-many relationship between fields in the two tables. Once that is set up you'd need to create a form (the Wizard could help with that) to allow automatic display of the connected data.

It seems you may need to get to grips with some of the basics before you can benefit properly from the advice we give. Why not see what you can get from some of these tutorial links :
  1. Microsoft Access Tutorial.
  2. Microsoft Access Tutorials (Strive4Peace).
  3. Microsoft Office Tutorials.
  4. VBA Tutorial (Excel).

They may not all suit you but I expect you'll find some of them very helpful.
