How to create Year to date totals for each row item in an Access report

I need help and have been on the internet for the past 2 days with nothing useful coming through.

I have a query which i run using 2 paramters namelymonth and year. My query is as follows:

Site Reporting month Year LTD

The result of the query when run depends on the month and year I enter as parameter

My report is formated as follows:

Sites LTA LTD Year to date(LTD)

What I want to achieve is that the Year to Date(LTD) could should display respective site's total LTD year to date on each row for any month i select.

Cananyone help out. Please note that I am not an Access expert and will appreciate a step by step guide.
