You better create a report (based on your table or query) and in the report you can create Heading or any other nice formatting. You will get same thing in pdf.

Thx for reply. The subquery does not allow me to do that.

Neel,
If you will write so much little about your problem, then I am afraid nobody will be able to understand the problem and you will not be able to get any clue.
Can you please elaborate, what subquery does not allowing you to do?
what is the error?

When the query in the form datasheet displays ,then it shows the actual "form name" on top of it on the screen..When i export the query displayed as a form datasheet, to Excel or Pdf format, then it has no title. Only the query results are shown exactly as it is in the query form datasheet.
I just wondered if one can't perhaps add a title somewhere so that it can be displayed.
The sub-queries don't allow me to add the query to a report in A2007.I use 3 different sub-queries ie
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. CatPosition: ((SELECT Count(*)  FROM QryRanking2 WHERE QryRanking2.raceTime< T2.raceTime AND QryRanking2.Category = T2.Category)+1)

I think the confusion here is that you're probably talking about the title bar of the window, but your question didn't make that clear Neels. Narender was replying under the assumption you were simply asking how to include the text within your PDF document.

Does that help to clarify?

Personally, I can't help you on this as I still use 2003 where the PrintToPDF feature doesn't exist :-(

Yes, Neel
You have to create a report and add whatever 'Title' and then attach your datasheet form in the report using 'subform/subreport' option. Now when you will export it to pdf, it will be displayed as it is. I just tried this in a sample database.
