convert total seconds to minutes and seconds. Access 2010

How do you convert total seconds to minutes and seconds. I use Access 2010.

In the time field it shows 316 and I 5:16 displayed

Pretty basic but I'm trying to learn

Thanks

An integer division by 60 will give you the minutes while a mod 60 will give you the seconds.

On the off-chance that you don't know what the character for integer division is, you should be looking for something like the following in your control's .ControlSource property :
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. =[SecondsControl] \ 60 & ":" & [SecondsControl] Mod 60
NB. The result is a string value and not a DateTime one.
