I can't enter any more new records into my access form

I haven't been able to enter any new records into my access form now that I added a number of hyperlinks to the form. It acts like a read only file now while the base document allows all additions/edits. Tried deleteing all links, compact and repair even importing the old databae into a new one with no results. Have check the design view and property sheets for a clue with no luck.

Any help out there????

What is your forms recordsource?

Did you add the hyperlinks to the form or the underlying table?

What is the forms AllowEdits, AllowAdditions, and DataEntry property?

Brad, you need to provide us with some technical information. Anecdotal comments to say something's changed are not something we can formulate an answer from.

Thanks for the reply. I changed the form screen from split to single so that it only shows the record as I enter it and doesn't keep a running log. I also deleted and re-entered all new hyperlinks. I can't search past entrys anymore and make edits from the Form screen but it works and I can deal with that.

Thank you again for the reply.
