How to lock an Access entry with a button

Hi,

I have a database in which me and my collegues do some registries. I would like to block the finished entry with a button so anyone besides the ones that know how to edit the tables?

Well, I have a form, where I enter patient lookup. When I finish I want to lock the field "Diário" where I write the info so anyone else (even me) can change what was written.
