Hi kamalhasnainee and welcome to Bytes

I am sorry, but I do not understand what you mean by "Continued/discontinued Employees". To get each as a seperate list, you can create 2 queries with their own where clause. To get both in the same list, you could add ORDER BY, on the Discontinued field.

Please remember that I cannot see your database. Simply stating I want a report like stock item, doesn't really give me any more information to work from. Try to post an example of what you think it should look like, and maybe I can help.
