Can I assign Word 2003 macros hotkeys globally over a network?

I am trying to figure out a way to create a hotkey that will work for all users in my office. We share a network and we will soon be creating a new normal.dot for all staff. I've created (taken via google) the script to run spell check on password protected forms in Word 2003 documents, but only know how to assign hotkeys individually when logged in as each user. Is there a global way to make it so that all staff logged in as individual users can click CTRL+SHIFT+S for example to run a macros saved in their normal.dot? Is it possible to write a hotkey into VBA script?

I hope I've written my question clearly enough, but please let me if you need clarification. I really appreciate that this site exists!
