How to set report borders/width/ print preview?? Access 2007

Dear All,
I designed a report, and bound with some data, the retreived data is 7 coloumns.
I set a buttong to open the report in print preview, also to show display the page in landscape.
Now on report design view it shows the width of the report to be 22".

When the report is displayed, the 6th colomn and the 7th colomn are showed on a new page, moreover the 6th colomn is showed splitted, half of text on one page and the other on the second page.
I also tried to minimize the size of the text boxes but couldnt manage to fit them in one page.

Any approach how to solve this issue, am thinking whenever the report is displayed , it should be shown in A3 size and landscape view, but how to set it to A3 on load, or open, have no idea, by default it is A4, and could be change to A3 by user selection, but am thinking to be showed directly into A3 without leting the user to select it.

Any help ??

Regards

Hey guys, i think i found it.
Trying to fit the textboxes inside the report width, its more convinient to use the Layout View mode.

To set the page to start in A3 size. Go to design view of the report, goto Page setup, select A3 and save it. from now on each time the report start it startin A3 view.
soooo easy , didnt know that :)
