How to Concatenate data in a Query?

In my Ms Access(2003)Database,I need to concatenate data before the String..

For ex-If the String is"P001"..The data after contenating should be displayed as "10/P001"..

As seen in the above Example I need to concatenate String "10/" before the original String..

Can anyone Plz help me with some solution for this...

Thanks

Assuming your field is called [SerialNr] and you want to append 10/ in front of it, it could look like this:
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. SELECT [Field1],[Field2],"10/1" & [SerialNr] As [NewSerialNr] FROM myTable
Basicly you use the concatanation operator "&"
