Access 2007 How to overwrite a calculated field in a form

Form source is a query with a calculated field "Reservations Amount Owed" (calculated from "Reservations Number of Tickets x 150). On occasion some tickets are free so I want to be able to overwrite the ticket price calculation with 0. My form will not let me overwrite the calculated field.

I can copy code but can't write code.

Thanks in advance.

Shouldn't you have a field for ticket price that defaults to 150? Then your formula could be number of tickets times ticket price and you could just change the ticket price to 0 if it's free.

That suggestion worked just fine - thanks
