How to get application.importxml to work on windows 7 from access 2003?

After running the following code:

Application.ImportXML _
DataSource:=strPath & strFile, _
ImportOptions:=acAppendData

I check the values in my table. None are seen.

This code works fine on a win xp box....

Any ideas are welcome...THX
