The first link talks about a third party option to directly export from Access to Quickbooks.
The second link talks about exporting to Excel first, creating a comma separated value list in the format Quickbooks understands, then importing it into Quickbooks.
It's been 10+ years since I worked with Quickbooks, so I'm sorry I'm not much help, but it doesn't look like there's much support for communicating between the two applications in the online community.
