Here are two links I found:
  1. http://bytes.com/topic/access/answer...books-possible
  2. http://www.pcreview.co.uk/forums/thread-3915453.php

The first link talks about a third party option to directly export from Access to Quickbooks.

The second link talks about exporting to Excel first, creating a comma separated value list in the format Quickbooks understands, then importing it into Quickbooks.

It's been 10+ years since I worked with Quickbooks, so I'm sorry I'm not much help, but it doesn't look like there's much support for communicating between the two applications in the online community.

First of all, open the QuickBooks customer or vendor list that you want to send to Access. Then you need to click on the Excel icon in the Customer Center or Vendor Center toolbar to open the Export dialog box. Next, click the option buttons labeled “Create New Worksheet” and “In a New Workbook.” Click “Export
