How to update form and searches in access?

I have a database that has a table that links people to mp3 filenames in a search and want to change it so that only certain type of clip are show in the search

i thought it would be easier to attach the file

I want to be able to open my celebs form and then select a voicetype that they are already in before searching for the mp3 files with the change order button

There is no Change Order Button on the celebs Form.

sorry the button is actually edit mp3 order, this brings up a list of all the mp3 files associated with that person and each file can have many voicetypes associated with it and its getting a bit complicated si i just want to see the files associated with a certain voicetype at a time

If multiple mp3s can be associated with a single person, and multiple Voice Types can exist for any given mp3, then you need to define distinct Relationships among the three entities, namely: Person ==> mp3s ==> Voice Types. Your existing structure does not take any of this into consideration, therefore it would be difficult to implement what you are requesting until the Database has been normalized.

i am new to databases and cant quite understand what you mean by normalize my database
