Enter parameter Value?

1
Hi all,

Anytime I try to open a particular form in access, it prompts me to enter parameter value for a field in one of the tables used to create the form. I don't know how to go about this because I think I have the necessary data in place for the table. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Phemie.

Not having more details I would guess it has nothing to do with the tables but more to do with the form or controls in the form.

Usually this occurs because one of the sources for your form or control in the form has an improper SQL statement (meaning the SQL statement refers to a parameter that does not exist or is not accessible at the time of loading).

Go through all your controls that have an SQL statement related to them and double check them.

cheers,
