i want balance qty in a report, i.e. receipts - issues.

i am creating one program for stores & created three tables
1. material_master (containg all details regarding materials)
2. receipts (containg material receipts details)
3. issues (containg material issue particulars)

now, i want a report like this
date mat_code desc recept_qty issue_qty balance
---- ------- ---- ---------- ---------- -------
1.12.10 123 xys 800 0 800
2.12.10 123 xyz 0 100 700
3.12.10 123 xyz 200 500 400

could help me to solve the above report? it is great help
