How to create a semi transparent popup form

I currently have a continious subform, listing members and their phone numbers. When the name is clicked on a detailed form opens allowing edits and other entries. What I would like to do is have a semi transparent form that opens as the mouse hovers over the name on the list revealing more data than is showing in the list
