Can a tables consisting of lookup columns be sorted on these columns?

Can an Access 2007 table consisting mainly of lookup columns be sorted according to the fields in the lookup columns. My other subordinate non-lookup tables are all sortable.

I'm curious why you bothered to post such a question though. Surely a simple test would have taken you far less time to resolve.
