How to add multiple selections to another list box and assign these to a table?

374 256MB
Hi all,

I was wondering how it is possible to code the following in my health and safety database. In essense I want two list boxes side to by.

The first listbox will contain body part names listed. The second listbox will be empty.

I want the user to be able to select multiple values form the first list box and assign them to the second. They are assigned over by clicking a button which seperates the two boxes.

I then want to assign the values that have been put into the second listbox to the health and safety reference number (as a sub form would work). I expect this then means a one to many relationship from my reference number to body parts.

This will then be used for reporting injuries sustained due to a particular health and safety incident against body parts affected.

I have managed to find a picture from google showing the listbox set up I would like to achieve:

I am mostly worried about how I would set up my tables behind all of this to work correctly. How do you assign the values to a table correctly, also ensuring I stay normalized.

Thanks,

Chris
