How do you use a query instead of a table in report design?

I have Access 2007. I want to make a specific arrangement of my data on the report sheet. I want to use report desig.

Rick!!! welcome to bytes
Before being annoyed with unpleasant word about your question, you better explain much better what you are really looking for before they wake up and see your post. Men you will appreciate! Other guys are real disappointing.
Please do it fast!!!
Explain each and everything about what you want to achieve.
If you have never use Access before, I suppose you better go and read first before asking anything!

I guess Rick is referring in his text to the "fixed" layout that's by default added by MS on a report. (I hate it).
So my first action is to go to the Arrange tab of the "Report design tools" section and click the "Remove Layout button". This will give full control over the placement of the controls :-)

For the title description: In Access the use of a query or table in a form design is identical and both can be selected in the Data property of the form. Queries however won't always allow updates to the data, especially when multiple tables are joined.
