Displaying results for each option of question

I have a table for survey questions named Q1 - Q30. I am trying to make a report based on reponse satisfied or disatisfied. The report needs to look like
Q1 #Satisfied # Dissatisfied
Q2 #Satisfied # Dissatisfied
etc..

The answers keep displaying ontop of one another instead of side by side.

Hi Amy,

I have a couple of questions:
  1. What are the fields on your table? Are you using a separate field for each question (i.e. field 1 = Q1)?
  2. Where is the report pulling the data from...directly from the table or a query?
  3. What type of field are #Satisfied and #Dissatisfied on your report? Are the controls literally side by side in Design View?

I've attached a sample that may help. If it doesn't, and you can provide answers to my questions, we can probably get you fixed up.
