Data Reference In Multiple Tables

I have an Access DB and am trying to have a quiery tell me one value from a table based on its corresponding values equality to a field within the quiery.

The Table and quiery have data as such

Table Queiry
Height Min Height Weight BFF
58 91 59 101 ???
59 95 58 105 ???
60 99 59 90 ???

I want ??? to be the min value that corresponds with the height in the queiry so I can compare the min to the weight column. Something like : BFF:Table.min Where Table.height=Queiry.height. Please let me know how to do this... it is similar to both the dlookup function and match function from excell but I can't figure out how to word it.
