Command Button with both Text and Image

This is one curious question I want to know, are there possible ways to have both text and image (or picture/icon/etc) to display together in a button?

I was also thinking of this some time ago but could not be able to achieve. However, you can design one for yourself in an image editor like paint, put an icon with your text save as bitmap image and use as button image. That is the closest you can go.

Also you can create shortcut custom pop up menu that comes features you mention..

From Google I found MS official web said we can do this from 2007 version. There's both selectable icons and text captions, and even can set the text to place on which side of the icon... So I guess I'll make a jump to 2010 if its better than the 2007. :P

Hi colintis,

I am a huge fan of creating some serious effects on forms. I found a program that works great for creating custom buttons. What you can do is create a button with the program with text or pictures or both and then you save the button as an image take it in to paint or photoshop and the resave it as a .bmp which you can then use as an image for you button. Just do a search for free web buttons. And you should find what you need.

:D

I played around with the official's "trick" from the previous post I mentioned in the uni. The "icons + caption" available to only those original access icons included, so if we are making fancy icons with caption, still we'll stick to the picture editors.

=)
