Thanks mr gits, The question is I have a query in Ms Access Database of about 30 columns (Fields), say Field1, Field2,Field3,Field4,Field5,...Field30. I want a user to define which field is interested to view in a report by just enter the Field name as a parameter in a form, let say the first user want to see Field1, Field2,Field3 and Field4 the other user is interested in Field1,Field2,Field3 and Field7 etc, Where the Field1, Field2 and Field3 will be constant for all reports while Field4...Field30 will be available on user request
