Report View - How to see the header in a long report

10
Hello

I got a report with a long list of rows in it, my problem is that I can see the header/title of each field only when I see the first rows after I start scrolling I can't see the header/titles of each field. Is there a way to see that in Report view ?

I got the problem solved in the Print view but I really want to work with the report view.

Report View is new with Access 2007, and it treats the report as if it were one very long page. As you've found out, when you scroll down the page header simply goes off the screen.

That's just the way Report View works, as far as I can tell.

Print Preview mode does not have as nice of a scrolling experience since it splits up the data onto multiple pages, but at least it is easier to see the page header.

Which section of the report are your column titles in? It sounds like you may not have it per page.

it is in the page header.
In the print view it is working fine, but I want the headers to be always visible on screen when I work in the Report view even when I scroll down through the list.

I've got nothing more helpful to add I'm afraid. That about sums it up.
