End of Day Procedure

Hi guys, i have an application that processes daily sales activities for a small restaurant made in Ms access 2003. the items sold are food and drinks only. i wish to schedule an end of day procedure for each business day. kindly assist me on how to achieve that. during the process which should happen at some specified time, i would like all the logged in users to be logged out. then i should also get the after end of day transactions in a file.

Well Gerry, we can't do your whole project for you, but for scheduling something to start at a certain time you can look at Invoking a Database From the Command Line.

A pleasure Gerry.

Don't forget to see how you can handle a database working one way when called from the command line (with a particular switch) and another when interacting with an operator. It's all in the tutorial.
