Create Weekly Report in Microsoft Access

P: 42
I am attempting to create several weekly reports that look at the last seven days exluding the current day, but I have not been able to successfull pull the correct information. I use the several queiries to idenify the matching data for the alloted timeframe. I use a counter to count the number of days from this day to the last seven then create a new field to hold the count which then I use a greater than criteria of <8 which gives every record with 7 of less omitting 0. This seem to work until each section of my report gives me different counts/num.

Please post the cost that you're using to attempt this. Then we can all be on the same page about where you're going wrong and try to help you. Thanks.

As Pat implies, it's very difficult to work with a question where you don't share the data. As a simple illustration though, and assuming you have a field called [InfoDate], you would want something similar to :
Expand|Select|Wrap|Line Numbers
  1. SELECT ...
  2. FROM   ...
  3. WHERE  [InfoDate] Between DateAdd('d',-7,Date())
  4.                   And     DateAdd('d',-1,Date())

I figured it out. I needed to account for the current date information in my queiries.

I'm not sure I follow, but if it works for you, then fine :)
