Can I use the same item multiple times on a form?

I need to report the day, time, supplier, etc. for multiple selected suppliers from the same form.

How can I use the same items from the field list on the same form?

I tried the drop down menus, but didn't have too much luck.

Suggestions?

Your question is not very clear, but I think you may not realize that a form can be either continuous or single. A continuous form lists multiple records, with a scroll bar allowing you to advance down the list of all the records in the form.

A single record form only shows one record at a time and you use the navigation buttons to advance to the next record.

In design mode, display the properties window and then click on the little square at the upper left corner of the form. You will see the properties of the form (as opposed to the properties of an object on the form). Under the "All" category, look for "Default view" (might be labeled different on different versions of Access) and make sure that is "continuous", not "single."

Let me know if that is what you needed, or if I missed the mark entirely.

I dont think you missed the mark, perhaps I can explain better. I'm not sure how to post a screen shot, that would be easiest! Also, I have a new post that may be clearer....

I have loads of names. Each name has information that goes along with it (in the same row). I have a form with selected items from the field list for a single name. Those items are called SUP, FIS, etc.

The form allows me to edit or add.

In the same form I want to reuse the same items (SUP, FIS, etc.) from the field list, but I want to be able to select a different name from within SUP which will populate that names corresponding information (FIS, DAY, etc).

When I print, I want to be able to display all the names I have selected from SUP, and have that information printed neatly for each SUP. All while using the same "text box" thingy.
