Form Checkbox in a Sub Form

P: 2
I have a sub form (continuous)being populate via a query from the main form. On this sub form I have multiple rows being returned from a table. I have inserted a checkbox so that I can use this checkbox in a query to specify whether the individual record gets printed or not. My problem is if I check any of the checkboxes the state applies to all the records in the sub form. How can I be able to select individual records in the subform??

This is normal behavior for an Unbound control. You need to bind the checkbox to a field in the underlying table. At some point, either after the print job runs or possibly when you first open the form, depending on your exact requirements, you'll need to set the checkbox in all records to 0/False.
