Table / Form Design help...

P: 1
i have 2 tables named Roads and Orders.

The Road has over 4K records and the Orders has just over 100. These 2 tables are linked as an Order can have many streets in it.

So, in my Roads table I've set it to show a drop down list of the 100 Orders, associated to particular streets; whihc then places the Order next to a street.

How can I set up a form which show the full list of roads and it gives me the option to select from the list the Orders? Is there some setting in the propoerties?

Please advise. Thank you.

Hi -

If you can post the table structure (field names) and a sample of the data from each one that would be helpful. Thanks.

You've asked for help with something but you haven't shared the information we'd need to answer your question.

How are your tables linked?

What is the logic behind your setup?

How can an order have many streets with just those two tables?
